Fluorescent microscope Nikon Ni-U

Technical Data

The microscope may be used in two configurations:

• widefield fluorescent microscope

  illumination:	200 W halogen lamp (Lumen Prior) with filter cubes
  imaging:	high-sensitive CCD camera DS Qi-2 (quantum efficiency 77%)

• confocal scanning microscope C2+ with the laser 445 nm and photomultiplier

The microscope may be used in conjunction with Linkam THMS600 heating/cooling stage, with temperature range from -192°C to 600°C.
