The Digilab Excalibur FTS 3000 is Fourier transform, mid-wavelength infrared spectrometer, equipped with DTGS detector. Working in conjunction with continuous flow helium cryostat the system allows measurements for broad range of temperatures. It is also possible to perform ATR experiments.
